1. Digital Goods & Single-User License

Upon successful verification of your ₹399 payment, Alfa Media Digital Store grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to download, read, print, and reference the 7 PDF guides and associated worksheets for your own education and internal business operations.

Prohibited Uses: You may not resell, sub-license, rent, re-package, white-label, or upload these digital guides to any public repository, file-sharing forum, Telegram channel, torrent network, or commercial marketplace. All content remains the exclusive intellectual property of Alfa Media Digital Store.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. We reserve the right to alter pricing for future promotional runs without impacting previously completed purchases.

3. Digital Delivery Verification

Delivery occurs digitally via an authenticated, temporary download link shown on the order page after your UPI payment screenshot is verified. You acknowledge that opening a success URL without a verified payment does not constitute delivery. Please keep your order reference to re-open your order page.

4. Educational Nature & Earnings Disclaimer

We do not guarantee income, profits, client acquisition, or commercial success. Your business outcomes depend upon your individual skill, dedication, market conditions, and regulatory compliance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Alfa Media Digital Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the educational frameworks or tools recommended in our guides. Our maximum cumulative liability for any dispute shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you (₹399 INR).

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
