• Technical Data: IP address, device type, and browser user-agent collected by our CDN (Cloudflare) for DDoS prevention, rate limiting, and security logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• To cryptographically verify your bank payment and unlock digital PDF downloads.
• To email you a link to your order page, only if you request it.
• To respond to your customer service inquiries, duplicate charge disputes, or file extraction assistance.

• Transactional Email Services: To send your order-page link if you ask for it.

4. Data Storage & Security

All communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted using TLS 1.3. Download links generated upon payment are temporary, signed, and time-expiring to protect against unauthorized redistribution.
